Once you have chosen your desired sponsorship level, submit the completed Sponsorship Pledge Form via e-mail to<br />
exhibition@ifosseoul<strong>2013</strong>.com or by fax to +822-3476-8800. Application forms can be downloaded from the Congress website<br />
www.ifosseoul<strong>2013</strong>.com Please contact the Congress Secretariat for more detailed information.<br />
Payment Conditions<br />
Sponsorship fees can be paid in three (3) installments. A minimum deposit of at least 30% of the total amount must be<br />
submitted along with the signed pledge form to confirm your sponsorship by no later than December 31, 2011. 30% of the total<br />
amount must be paid by September 30, 2012 and the remaining balance must be paid by December 31, 2012. Payment<br />
schedule and dates will be indicated in a contract. Fees are required in a full, lump sum payment for sponsorship applications<br />
submitted from January 1, <strong>2013</strong>.<br />
Cancellation Policy<br />
All cancellations must be made in writing. 50% of the initial deposit will be retained for cancellations requested by September<br />
30, 2012, and 85% of the initial deposit will be deducted for cancellations requested by December 31, 2012.<br />
No refunds will be made for cancellations made on or after January 1, <strong>2013</strong>.<br />
