The ready to use UV LED solution for curing applications
UV LEDs are the innovation for the future in every curing
or drying process. Using LEDs in industrial processes
signifi cant energy savings can be obtained.
Additionally the extremely small shape of the UV LEDs
allows great fl exibility in point of delivery.
In parallel to customized solutions Heraeus Noblelight
offers a complete UV LED unit: NobleCure ®. The system
is optimized by peripheral components such as cooling,
control and power supply. Highly effi cient thermal
management ensures long operating life of the UV LED
modules.
NobleCure ® is a quick fi t LED solution for
energy cost saving.
Technology advantages of NobleCure ®:
Long lifetime
Low power consumption
Low heat dissipation
Compact design
Freedom of design
Instant switch ON and OFF capability
Dimmable
Environmentally friendly
Max. irradiance even at widest working distance

Save energy with NobleCure ®
Heraeus’ engineers are specialized in the design of customeroptimized
solutions, which precisely match the LED construction
to the customers’ machine environment. This also
extends to peripheral components such as cooling, control
and power supply.
“Chip on Board” technology offers high power density and
allows complex geometrical designs. NobleCure ® helps to
save energy. It has instant switch ON and OFF capability, so
energy is consumed only on demand and when it is needed,
without affecting the performance of the LEDs.
Noblelight has an ever expanding portfolio of systems which
can be easily added to any curing system. NobleCure ® is
available in various optical power ranges and wavelengths
between 365 and 405 nm. The output is almost continuously
dimmable, so NobleCure ® LED system can be confi gured for
each application.
Standard solutions include near fi eld and far fi eld optical designs.
Heraeus has also designed customer specifi c solutions
for applications such as web printing, specialist coating and
adhesives to name a few.
Heraeus maintains total control from development through
production. LED assemblies are manufactured using "Chip
on Board" technology, then measured in the in Heraeus' inhouse,
accredited measurement laboratory.
