GENERAL GUIDELINES: Rates for design include low-res PDF e-mailed, or B&W proofs faxed.<br />
Two sets of corrections are included. Any further corrections/changes will incur a charge of<br />
$80 (+GST) per correction. The publisher reserves the right to edit any copy that exceeds<br />
the number of words specified. Please ensure that all information is accurate and has been<br />
thoroughly checked and approved by all parties. Liability for the accuracy of any claims or<br />
statements made in the copy remains the responsibility of the client, not the publisher. The<br />
client is responsible for the proofing, approval and final sign-off prior to print. The client<br />
accepts responsibility for any costs arising from failure to comply <strong>with</strong> these requests.<br />
