Two sets of corrections are included. Any further corrections/changes will incur a charge of $80 (+GST) per correction. The publisher reserves the right to edit any copy that exceeds the number of words specified. Please ensure that all information is accurate and has been thoroughly checked and approved by all parties. Liability for the accuracy of any claims or statements made in the copy remains the responsibility of the client, not the publisher. The client is responsible for the proofing, approval and final sign-off prior to print. The client accepts responsibility for any costs arising from failure to comply with these requests.
