Directions: Make a copy of the bear tracks <strong>for</strong> each child. Allow children to color and cut out their tracks. Help<br />

them, as necessary. Follow the directions <strong>for</strong> “<strong>Bear</strong> Track Trek” in Centers and Extensions on page 27.<br />

Enlarge the black bear outline below so that it’s similar<br />

in size to the household sponge you will use to make the<br />

bear stamp <strong>for</strong> the <strong>Bear</strong> Habitat Mural (see Art <strong>Project</strong>s,<br />

page 27). Cut out the figure and trace it onto the sponge.<br />

Cut away the excess sponge to create a bear stamp.<br />
