<strong>Company</strong> Background<br />
The company orig<strong>in</strong>ally started out as a distributor of Siemens Nixdorf IT components.<br />
In the beg<strong>in</strong>n<strong>in</strong>g company’s ma<strong>in</strong> bus<strong>in</strong>ess activities were to implement proven<br />
<strong>in</strong>formation systems to retail bus<strong>in</strong>ess, followed by hotel and restaurant <strong>in</strong>dustry.<br />
However s<strong>in</strong>ce the foundation <strong>in</strong> 1989 the company’s founder had emphasized the<br />
importance of company’s own research and development of <strong>in</strong>novative solutions. As<br />
a result of many hotel/resort/restaurant <strong>in</strong>formation systems projects, MAiS team has<br />
ga<strong>in</strong>ed rich experience <strong>in</strong> hospitality sphere as well as technical and technological<br />
know-how for cont<strong>in</strong>u<strong>in</strong>g development of new systems.<br />
In 1997 Mais developed and <strong>in</strong>troduced a hotel management system “<strong>Fidelity</strong>”<br />
dist<strong>in</strong>guished from other solutions with its outstand<strong>in</strong>g features. In 1998, we delivered<br />
first <strong>in</strong>stallations of our hotel management system "<strong>Fidelity</strong>".<br />
S<strong>in</strong>ce then, <strong>Fidelity</strong> has proven to be a highly functional and <strong>in</strong>telligent bus<strong>in</strong>ess<br />
software, support<strong>in</strong>g bus<strong>in</strong>ess processes of hotel and other hospitality companies for<br />
a number of bus<strong>in</strong>ess organizations worldwide.<br />
