The purpose of the bylaw is to redistrict the subject lands to allow for subdivision and<br />
development of Stage 13 of the Spruce Ridge neighbourhood and to allow for expansion of the<br />
stormwater management facility to service this and future development.<br />
This Bylaw shall take effect on the date of its final reading.<br />
