<strong>Contour</strong> <strong>Cut</strong> is a patented plasma cutting technology for mild steel. The following points<br />
should be considered to achieve good results when cutting holes with a diameter to<br />
thickness ratio of 1:1:<br />
ŸAlign the work-piece horizontally to the plasma torch that is in vertical position<br />
ŸAdjust correct torch height and piercing regime<br />
ŸFreeze the height control for hole diameters of up to 25 mm<br />
ŸAdjust correct parameters<br />
ŸProgramming of the cutting process: Clockwise (cw) direction for outer contours and<br />
