Industrial Grade L2/L3 Switch
The TJ2910 is a ruggedized Layer 3/Layer 2 switch. It is designed to operate
reliably in electrically and environmentally harsh applications such as military,
power utilities, industrial factory floor installations and traffic control systems.
With appropriate military connectors and re-packaging of electronics, a
Tactical Switch for the Field Data Networks can be developed.
It has 4 Gigabit Ethernet Interfaces (electrical or pluggable optical interfaces)
and 24 Fast Ethernet (10/100 Mbps) copper interfaces. It provides Layer 2
and Layer 3 switching/routing capabilities and thus bridges traffic between
L2 & L3 domains.
The TJ2910 is an ideal solution to connect several Ethernet devices such as
computers, IP phones, video cameras, and wireless access points.

Network Scalability: The TJ2910 supports VLAN technology so that
different Unit level LANs can be added in the same network with data
separation. VLAN stacking (IEEE 802.1ad) & Link Aggregation (IEEE 802.3ad)
further scales-up network capability at the optimum cost.
