The Suction Sweeper is one of the most indispensable attachments designed for the
City Ranger 2250. The utility machine owes its all-year-round capability to this
attachment. In spring the operator can clean grit and grime, left over from the
winter, from streets and paths. In the autumn it takes care of the wind-blown leaves
and dirt. In summer it keeps the outdoor areas free of cans, paper, litter etc.
Professional efficiency - approved to friendliness
High suction power performance is combined with PM10 certification, low emmission
and noice-levels and an environmental approval in all of EU. You achieve
state-of-the-art power and friendliness in a utility machine ensuring perfect cleaning
results. The Suction Sweeper is effective everywhere – on paths and pavements,
verges, driveways, outdoor and indoor parking areas, etc. straight into any nook or
cranny. The Suction Sweeper unit has two, three or four brushes, each with its own
water sprayer, a remote vacuum hose with nozzle, a water tank and a hopper for
the collected rubbish. The equipment units are designed to work perfectly together.
Dust control with unique filter system
Each brush has its own water sprayer. The water container (100 l) is connected to
the hopper, which is equipped with a unique self-cleaning rotary filter system. The
filter binds dust to the water, preventing it from blowing out of the sides of the
hopper. Fitting and removing of the suction sweeper unit is quick and easy with the
special designed roller stand. The five metre long remote vacuum hose is always
ready to vacuum. When not in use, it is discreetly fitted on top of the container. The
Weed Brush is the perfect, most-effective eco-friendly tool for keeping outdoor
areas weed-free, i.e. specialised in pavements, paths, flagstones, asphalt, etc. -
without the use of pesticides. Let the City Ranger sweep the weeds of your city

Let just the winter bring on snow and icy surfaces - your City Ranger handles all the
challenges. The attachment programme for winter assignments covers:

When you change attachments, the hydraulic hoses are connected at the turn of a handle!
Maintain all the benefits of the machine performance when operating the tailor made
equipment. When heavy and icy snow covers the ground, you need the
Snow V-Blade close at hand. It uses the tip of the ‘V’ to cut through heavy and encrusted
snow, separating and pushing it to both sides. Even large amounts of snow are removed
with ease.
Dedicated quality tools for severe conditions
The demands caused by severe weather conditions is reflected in the quality of
Nilfisk Outdoor attachments for white operations. All attachments are designed
to supply efficient and dedicated performance. The Snow Sweeper is perfect when
used with the first snow fall of winter. It will completely remove snow to a depth
of 15 cm – even when the terrain is uneven, keeping paths clear and dry. The Snow
Blower gives extra power for clearing snow. Combine this with the already powerful
City Ranger 2250 and clear snow up to a metre high. It is specially-built to deal with
heavy work and well-suited to more demanding sites such as ski resorts.
Doze or sweep, salt or sand - in the same pass
The Dozer Blade is attached onto the front of the utility machine and can work in
tandem with the Salt and Sand Spreader attached onto the back. Two jobs done at
once. Twice as effective. It operates on streets, paths, pavements, parking areas, etc.
The Salt and Sand Spreader is funnel-shaped – so the salt, sand or gravel is pressed
down under its own weight. Even wet material flows freely. The clearing width of
the Salt and Sand Spreader can be increased, up to five metres if needed – highly
effective when working on frozen areas and parking areas. On/off cabin control
allows the operator to take a break without leaving the cab. And from the comfortable
cabin seat in the City Ranger, the operator has excellent visibility - to survey
and handle all the challenges of the winter season efficiently.

Dedicated attachments improve your performance
No tools are needed to convert or to adjust e.g. cutting height. The 1200 and extra
wide 1600 Rotary and Mulch Mowers are front mounted and highly manouevrable
- even in high working speed and uneven terrain. Our high tip Grass Collector
combines two units: a Rotary Mower to collect the grass and a 750 l hopper to store
it. Grass has no chance when the Flail Mower is in action. With a clearing width of
1,226 mm, it mows all grass, whatever its height or toughness. Changing the flails
with vertical blades converts the Flail Mower into a Verticutter, which deals with
moss and weeds without the need for pesticides. A diversified and efficient tool.
Trims hedges, cuts edges - and takes the load
Trim the hedges and cut the edges with our professional attachments and make
your park and green areas look good and attractive to enter for the public or
customers. The Tipping Shovel is an ergonomic attachment, taking care of heavy
lifting and loads. The steel shovel is strong and robust, with a lifting capacity of 125
kg and second to none when it comes to shovelling snow, etc. An ideal attachment
for gardeners and park keepers who typically work with sand, gravel, compost
and stone - and combined with the tipper trailer - the transport is in place. All our
attachments allow you to get the job done rapidly with a perfect working result.
