Work 24 sc around the lucite ring, join with a sl st in the first sc, ch 65 (or length desired for half the length of the necklace), sc in the ring of one half of the necklace closure finding, sl st in each of the 65 ch’s, sl st in the same st on the lucite ring, ch 65 (or the same number as the first half of the length of the necklace), sc in the ring of the other half of the necklace closure finding, sl st in each of the 65 ch’s, sl st in the same st on the lucite ring, sl st in each of the remaining 23 sc around the ring; join with a sl st in the first sl st. Fasten off. Weave in ends. Hot glue button to the center of the covered lucite ring or sew alphabet bead to the center of the lucite ring. Happy Crocheting!
