Lakes of the Four Seasons<br />
This is a gated residential community that is owned and governed by its Property<br />
Owners Association. The offices are located at 1048 Lakeshore Drive at the<br />
Clubhouse within the property. The community features private security, stocked<br />
lakes, an 18-hole golf course, swimming pool, boating, swimming beaches and<br />
fishing. Private parks are maintained and include playgrounds and picnic areas. It<br />
is governed by an elected Board of Directors and management is accomplished by<br />
a professional staff led by Mr. Richard G. Cleveland, the community manager.<br />
