After April 25 th you must register on-site. All requests for cancellation must be received in writing
by April 25, 2012. Cancellations received after April 18 th will be charged a $25.00 cancellation
fee. No refunds given after April 25 th ; No registrations or cancellations accepted by telephone;
No partial refunds made if you decide not to attend particular functions. If you have
preregistered and do not attend without cancelling your registration, you are responsible for full
