Numerical Check <strong>of</strong> the Proposed Approximate Method<br />
A check <strong>of</strong> the cost penalty resulting from the use <strong>of</strong> the proposed approximate<br />
method for planning <strong>of</strong> junction networks with non-coincident busy hours<br />
has been made with triplets <strong>of</strong> random numbers satisfying the following constraints:<br />
