Eric Ceresnie, Associate
Eric Ceresnie is an Associate at Monomoy Capital
Partners. He joined Monomoy from Ernst & Young’s
restructuring group. Prior to Ernst & Young,
Eric was the VP of Strategic Planning at Sleep
Innovations Inc, a private equity owned consumer
products manufacturer. He started his career as
a management consultant at A.T. Kearney. Eric
graduated with honors from the University of
Michigan with an M.S.E and B.S.E in Industrial and
Operations Engineering. Eric is a recovering Detroit
sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife,
daughter and their dog Ernie.
Austin Forsyth, Associate
Austin Forsyth is an Associate at Monomoy Capital Partners.
He joined Monomoy from Lazard Middle Market,
where he focused on sell-side mergers and acquisitions
as an analyst in the Minneapolis office. Prior to joining
Lazard, he spent time in operations management at
Quality Plus Manufacturing, an entrepreneurial, agriculture-equipment
manufacturer. Austin graduated with
honors from the University of Iowa, where he studied
Economics and Philosophy. His interests include country
and rap music - we don’t get it either.
Will DeBruyn, Associate
Will DeBruyn joined Monomoy from Lazard Middle
Market, where he focused on sell-side mergers and
acquisitions as an analyst in the Minneapolis office. He
graduated with honors from DePaul University where he
studied finance and economics. Will shot a hole in one at
age twelve even though he is one of the worst golfers we
have ever seen.
Lauren Hubbell, Associate
Lauren Hubbell joined Monomoy from Columbia Business
School where she received her MBA with honors.
Prior to business school, Lauren worked at Macquarie
Capital on their capital markets desk and prior to joining
Macquarie, Lauren worked at Bank of America as an
investment banker. Lauren earned her undergraduate
degree from University of North Carolina, even though
she proudly hails from Iowa. A recovering synchronized
swimmer (we are serious), she is also the only member
of the MCP team so far to bike 400 miles across Tanzania
and climb Mt. Kilimanjaro.
