Project Management<br />
• The <strong>Customer</strong> <strong>Operations</strong> Manager is your <strong>Accuray</strong> single point of<br />
contact. The <strong>Customer</strong> <strong>Operations</strong> Manager will coordinate the A to<br />
Z meeting as well as introduce you to other <strong>Accuray</strong> resources such<br />
as Training, Reimbursement, Service and Sales <strong>Operations</strong>.
• The <strong>Customer</strong> <strong>Operations</strong> Manager is responsible for working with<br />
your team to define the project schedule; ensuring that milestones are<br />
coordinated and executed according to your site specific needs.<br />
• The <strong>Customer</strong> <strong>Operations</strong> Manager will help you develop an<br />
understanding of your overall facility and clinical requirements in<br />
preparation for treating your first patient.<br />
Site Planning<br />
• The site planner will work with you to coordinate your facility and<br />
construction requirements, ensuring that your site is constructed to<br />
<strong>Accuray</strong> specifications.<br />
• The site planner will work with the <strong>Accuray</strong> designer to develop a set<br />
of site specific drawings, entailing the project specifications.<br />
• The site planner will interface with your architects, engineers,<br />
contractors, IT/IS and other facilities related personnel as the<br />
project moves through planning and construction.<br />
• The site planner will conduct all <strong>Accuray</strong> inspections and coordinate<br />
your installation.<br />
<strong>Accuray</strong> Preferred Design/Build Partners<br />
• <strong>Accuray</strong> has partnered with Design/Build professionals that specialize<br />
in developing radiation oncology centers. Together, they have<br />
developed more than 100 CyberKnife ® and TomoTherapy ®<br />
vaults.<br />
• Our partners provide architectural, engineering , shielding and<br />
construction services for new vaults, vault renovations and/or<br />
vault additions.<br />
• This value proposition reduces overall project costs and decreases<br />
project time, allowing your team to begin treating patients<br />
much earlier.<br />
• <strong>Accuray</strong> offers turn key solutions, utilizing our design build partners.<br />
