Overview
Yamato muffle furnaces are recognized for their durability and tightly sealed doors,
which is of utmost importance when the furnace reaches their maximum temperatures
of over 1000° Celsius. Yamato muffle furnaces are front-loading and are used for hightemperature
applications such as fusing glass, creating enamel coatings, ceramics and
soldering and brazing metals. They are also used in many research facilities by chemists
to ensure a sample is completely dry. The FO series represents the standard type of muffle
furnaces that use a microprocessor-controlled thermo-regulator that is characterized
by excellent repeatability.
