Yamato’s ADL-311S does not require the liquid sample or solution to undergo any pre- or post-processes such as<br />
filtration, separation, or pulverization. The use of organic solvents is fully supported with the attachment of our<br />
GAS-410 organic solvent recovery unit. Small, expensive and/or heat sensitive samples can be dried quickly and<br />
efficiently with this easy to operate system.<br />
GB - 210(CE)<br />
Yamato’s GB-210 does not require the liquid sample or solution to undergo any pre- or post-processes such as filtration,<br />
separation, or pulverization. The use of organic solvents is fully supported with the attachment of our GAS-410 organic<br />
solvent recovery unit. The biggest difference between the GB and ADL is that the GB-210 can support two different<br />
glassware sets - one for spray drying and the other for granulation.<br />
DL - 410(CE)<br />
The DL-410 is a larger capacity spray dryer that also does not require the liquid sample or solution to undergo any<br />
pre or post-processes such as filtration, separation, or pulverization. The use of organic solvents is fully supported with<br />
the attachment of our GAS-410 organic solvent recovery unit. Small, expensive and/or heat sensitive samples can be<br />
dried quickly and efficiently with this easy to operate system.<br />

Overview<br />
The GAS-410 (CE) organic recovery unit allows for use of organic or non-water based samples<br />

Yamato’s PR Series is an all inclusive solution for your laboratory plasma cleaning requirements. Using a PR series plasma<br />
cleaner is advantageous for a wide variety of manufacturing operations that require removal of many types of contamination<br />
including organic residues, polymer coatings or build-ups, waxes, metals and metal oxides, fluorine and other halogens.<br />
Since plasma cleaning involves removing impurities and contaminants through the use of energetic plasma created<br />

SN Series<br />
The SN series sterilizers are equipped with a highly efficient cooling fan which results in a much shorter cooling time<br />
that ultimately reduces the sterilization time. The SN series comes pre-programmed with presets for commonly used<br />
sample types. These presets make sterilization quick and easy for users.<br />
SQ Series<br />
SQ series sterilizers are popular for their short stature making it very accessible and easier to clean and also its larger<br />
capacity. The SQ series come pre-programmed as well with presets for commonly used sample types.<br />
SM Series<br />
SM series sterilizers are great for their drying capabilitiy. These sterilizers have a pre-installed drying cycle that quickly<br />
dries the sample inside, making the sample ready for use right after sterilization.<br />

Overview<br />
Yamato’s rotary evaporators are built with metal bodies, making this equipment highly<br />
dependable and extremely durable. Rotary evaporation is the most common and efficient<br />
method of separating liquids. The rotating flask generates an effective heat transfer for<br />
fast evaporation, which in turn prevents the sample from being overheated. Yamato<br />
rota-vaps are known for the steady rotation speeds of the sample flask which allows for<br />

Yamato’s forced convection ovens provide high temperature accuracy and uniformity.<br />
These convection ovens augment traditional ovens by circulating heated air using a Sciroco<br />
type fan. Yamato ovens have long been known for their reliability and durability.<br />
Recently, Yamato has utilized their innovation to spearhead the “go green” movement by<br />
developing two different energy saving convection ovens, the DNE and DNF series.<br />

DKN Series<br />
The DKN ovens have built in exhaust ports which can be used for several different purposes, including the use of internal<br />
temperature sensors (thermocouples) which use external temperature readers or recorders. Models DKN-302C,<br />
DKN-402C/412C, and DKN-602C/612C are fitted with observation windows so that the samples inside can be viewed at<br />
anytime. All DKN ovens are programmable.<br />
DNE Series<br />
The DNE series ovens are each equipped with a simple key input system and a multi-functional controller which makes<br />
usability much more user friendly. They achieve an energy-saving rate of 30 to 40% compared to other convection oven<br />
models. All DNE models have an external communcation device and temperature output terminal. The DNE-400 and<br />
DNE-600 models are stackable.<br />
DNF Series<br />
DKN - 402C<br />
The DNF series ovens achieve an energy savings rate of 30-40% as well. These high performance “green” ovens are<br />
equipped with air velocity controls and exhaust dampers. Operability is also enhanced with the slider-type open/close<br />
adjustment knob on the front side of the main unit.<br />

Overview<br />
Yamato’s fine ovens provide reliable high-performance for high temperature drying needs.<br />
All fine ovens are programmable and feature an easy-input digital display and control<br />
pad. Settings are inputted on a text-based interactive basis, and the scan feature fixes<br />
the setting information by a convenient jog-dial. Both the DF and DH series have high<br />
temperature accuracy and uniformity which is great for sensitive samples.<br />

DF Series<br />
The DF series fine ovens are recognized for their sturdy structure and high temperature control and distribution accuracy.<br />
All of the DF models are controlled by PID controllers.<br />
DH Series<br />
The DH series models DH-411 and DH-611 have a higher maximum temperature of 360° C and the larger capacity<br />
models the DH-811 and DH-1011 have a maximum temperature of 300° C. All models have a temperature control accuracy<br />
of ± 0.2° C.<br />

ovens are customizable with nitrogen gas inlet and communication ports.<br />

the oven perfect for vacuum pumps and instruction manuals. Just like the ADP series the DP ovens are ideal for drying<br />
