2013 ScreenBreak Guide - The Alliance for Early Childhood

Get an Early Start to Gardening at Chalet. Children 3-5 years old,
accompanied by a parent or guardian, will learn gardening basics in
the Chalet Education Center. Fun demonstrations will help families
plan for a garden in the spring. Examples include: Egg Heads,
Garbage Gardening, Garden Science (to learn the working parts of
plants), Pizza Gardens, and Seed Starting. Stay after the
demonstrations to browse the children’s gardening tool section.
Limited to 50 participants, so please arrive early. 10-10:45a.m. See
