Association in various currencies towards the cost <strong>of</strong> Vocational <strong>Training</strong> Improvement Project <strong>and</strong> it is<br />
intended that part <strong>of</strong> the proceeds <strong>of</strong> this credit will be applied to eligible payments under the contracts <strong>for</strong><br />
