March On under command of the RSM, Graham Jack.
Captain John Bullough, Parade Commander
takes over command from RSM. Officers fall in.
Colours are marched on.

The Inspecting Officer, Liz Grant, Provost of Perth
accompanied by Captain Michael Murray, Marquis of
Tullibardine and Lt Col James Murray, Commanding
Officer, Atholl Highlanders.
Cannon fires.
The Inspection of the Pipers and Drummers and the

Blair Castle 2013 Charity Day

Come along to Blair Castle’s annual charity day. This year, our
chosen charities are Scotland’s Gardens Scheme and Blair
Atholl Village Hall. Blair Atholl Village Hall will be running a
number of outdoor activities, family entertainment and stalls
to help raise funds for their planned upgrades.

this summer in the castle ballroom. With a welcome drink
on the West Lawn and live Ceilidh bands, it’s sure to be a

the involvement of the Dukes’ of Atholl in its development.
Visitors can also enjoy a display of old pictures, artefacts
and rare train models in the Banvie Hall.

Some of the World’s finest pipers will gather together
on Saturday to compete for this prestigious title on the
competition’s 40th anniversary. Sunday will follow with
the Glenfiddich Fiddle Championship, starting at 2pm.
The Tullibardine Restaurant will be open to spectators for

performing in the historic ballroom. Last October’s gig was
