our two and three bedroom caravan<br />

holiday homes ideal for a holiday<br />

break. Each of our fully heated<br />

holiday homes hold the prestigious<br />

Thistle Award for qual<strong>it</strong>y and feature<br />

all the modern conveniences you<br />

would expect in a home away from<br />

home.<br />

The k<strong>it</strong>chens are fully equipped w<strong>it</strong>h<br />

g<strong>as</strong> cookers, microwaves, fridges<br />

w<strong>it</strong>h freezer compartments,<br />

crockery and cutlery.<br />

To help you settle in after your<br />

journey, a welcome tray for tea and<br />

coffee is laid out on arrival.<br />

The lounge area features sofa style<br />

seating and a television and DVD<br />

player. Our two bedroom models<br />

can accommodate up to four<br />

people, while our three bedroom<br />

models can accommodate up to<br />

of attractions w<strong>it</strong>hin a re<strong>as</strong>onable<br />

drive time.<br />

Walkers and cyclists need only go a<br />

short distance to find themselves on<br />

our 40 mile network of way-marked<br />

trails. T<strong>here</strong> is a route to su<strong>it</strong> every<br />

need, from the gentle 1 mile Red<br />

Squirrel Trail to the tougher 10 mile<br />

Glen Tilt trail.<br />

accommodate awnings and gazebos<br />

and many are supplied w<strong>it</strong>h mains<br />

several discreet chemical disposal<br />

points and a motor home w<strong>as</strong>te<br />

disposal point.<br />

The park’s five toilet and shower<br />

blocks are all heated, w<strong>it</strong>h individual<br />

cubicles, showers, baby changing<br />

rooms and dish-w<strong>as</strong>hing are<strong>as</strong>.<br />

Our modern facil<strong>it</strong>ies<br />

<strong>Blair</strong> C<strong>as</strong>tle <strong>Caravan</strong> <strong>Park</strong> features a<br />

multi-purpose reception building<br />

which houses a games room, small<br />

shop, internet gallery and a<br />

launderette.<br />

The fully-equipped games room will<br />

keep children amused for hours w<strong>it</strong>h<br />

a pool table, table tennis, table<br />

football, television and video arcade<br />

games. Our shop stocks a range of<br />

everyday essentials <strong>as</strong> well <strong>as</strong> the<br />

estate’s own Atholl Glens organic<br />

burgers and sausages.<br />

The launderette h<strong>as</strong> machines for<br />

w<strong>as</strong>hing and drying of clothing, <strong>as</strong><br />

well <strong>as</strong> a drying room w<strong>it</strong>h lockable<br />

cages for outdoor clothing. Ironing<br />

facil<strong>it</strong>ies also available.<br />

Outside you can burn off some<br />

holiday energy on the miniature<br />

football p<strong>it</strong>ch, putting green or<br />

playground. Alternatively you can<br />

telephones are located near the<br />

<strong>Caravan</strong> <strong>Park</strong> Rules<br />

1. Author<strong>it</strong>y for the conduct of the <strong>Park</strong> is<br />

vested in the Manager or their<br />

representative. In this connection, entry<br />

may be refused to or removal required<br />

of any persons, tent or caravan.<br />

2. Vis<strong>it</strong>ors are required to book in on arrival<br />

and check out on final departure.<br />

3. Speed Lim<strong>it</strong> - Strictly 5 mph (8 km/h) for<br />

cars and bicycles.<br />

4. One - Way System - The one-way roads<br />

system applies to cyclists <strong>as</strong> well <strong>as</strong><br />

vehicles, and must be observed at all<br />

times. Cycling is not perm<strong>it</strong>ted between<br />

p<strong>it</strong>ches<br />

5. Motorised scooters, skateboards and quad<br />

bikes are strictly prohib<strong>it</strong>ed on any part<br />

of the <strong>Park</strong>.<br />

6. Noise - All quiet by 11 pm – at all other<br />

times, noise should be kept to a minimum<br />

to avoid disturbance to other <strong>Park</strong> vis<strong>it</strong>ors.<br />

7. <strong>Park</strong>ing - Fire Regulations stipulate that<br />

only one car per p<strong>it</strong>ch is perm<strong>it</strong>ted.<br />

Add<strong>it</strong>ional cars should be parked in the<br />

car park and paid for at Reception.<br />

8. Barbecues and Fires - Barbecues are<br />

perm<strong>it</strong>ted, except in tent are<strong>as</strong>, but they<br />

must be of proper construction, the b<strong>as</strong>e<br />

of which must not come in to contact<br />

w<strong>it</strong>h the gr<strong>as</strong>s or p<strong>it</strong>ch marker. Ple<strong>as</strong>e<br />

ensure that coals are properly extinguished<br />

before placing in refuse bins. Open fires,<br />

of any nature, are strictly prohib<strong>it</strong>ed.<br />

9. Dogs are perm<strong>it</strong>ted on the <strong>Park</strong> provided<br />

that they are kept on short leads. They<br />

must not be allowed to soil the ground<br />

w<strong>it</strong>hin the <strong>Park</strong> - accidents must be cleared<br />

up immediately. Dogs can be exercised<br />

on the extensive walks surrounding the<br />

<strong>Park</strong> - again, accidents must be cleared<br />

up immediately. Dogs must be supervised<br />

at all times on the <strong>Park</strong> and never left<br />

unattended.<br />

10. All vis<strong>it</strong>ors are <strong>as</strong>ked to keep the toilet /<br />

shower facil<strong>it</strong>ies <strong>as</strong> clean and tidy <strong>as</strong><br />

possible - not to leave taps running or<br />

put articles likely to cause obstructions<br />

into the b<strong>as</strong>ins, sinks or toilets.<br />

11. The contents of chemical toilets must be<br />

emptied only at the disposal points<br />

provided.<br />

12. Su<strong>it</strong>able receptacles must be used for the<br />

collection of w<strong>as</strong>te water - these should<br />

not be allowed to over-flow and must be<br />

emptied only at the disposal points<br />

provided.<br />

13. Smoking is not perm<strong>it</strong>ted in any of the<br />

public buildings. Ple<strong>as</strong>e dispose of<br />

cigarette ends carefully in the receptacles<br />

provided.<br />

14. L<strong>it</strong>ter must always be placed in the many<br />

refuse bins provided around the <strong>Park</strong>.<br />

The irresponsible discard of l<strong>it</strong>ter, by any<br />

person, adult or child, will not be<br />

tolerated.<br />

15. The w<strong>as</strong>hing of dishes, clothes and pets<br />

is not perm<strong>it</strong>ted w<strong>it</strong>hin the toilet / shower<br />

facil<strong>it</strong>ies. Facil<strong>it</strong>ies for those purposes are<br />

provided elsew<strong>here</strong> on the <strong>Park</strong>.<br />

16. Water - Hot water must not be carried<br />

from the toilet / shower facil<strong>it</strong>ies for any<br />

purpose.<br />

17. Hose-pipes - The use of hosepipes for<br />

w<strong>as</strong>hing cars, caravans is strictly<br />

prohib<strong>it</strong>ed.<br />

18. Games - Vis<strong>it</strong>ors should use the central<br />

area provided. Ple<strong>as</strong>e do not cause a<br />

disturbance by playing between p<strong>it</strong>ches.<br />

Practise golf is not perm<strong>it</strong>ted on any part<br />

of the <strong>Park</strong>.<br />

19. Laundry - The hanging of clothes on lines<br />

outside caravans or tents, or on fences,<br />

is not perm<strong>it</strong>ted. W<strong>as</strong>hing lines are<br />

provided near to the laundry.<br />

20. Children - Parents are responsible for<br />

providing all supervision of their children<br />

whilst on the <strong>Park</strong> and in all buildings,<br />

children must not be allowed to play in<br />

the toilet/ shower facil<strong>it</strong>ies.<br />

21. Gazebos are not perm<strong>it</strong>ted on the park.<br />

22. The <strong>Park</strong> Warden is t<strong>here</strong> to <strong>as</strong>sist park<br />

customers and help maintain a peaceful<br />

and safe environment for everyone. Failure<br />

to comply w<strong>it</strong>h a Warden’s request, may<br />

result in the removal from the <strong>Park</strong> (in<br />

conjunction w<strong>it</strong>h the Police, w<strong>here</strong><br />

necessary) of any persons, tent, caravan,<br />

motorhome or vehicle.


Location<br />

Located in Highland Perthshire, <strong>Blair</strong> C<strong>as</strong>tle <strong>Caravan</strong> <strong>Park</strong> is s<strong>it</strong>uated in the village<br />

of <strong>Blair</strong> Atholl. We are w<strong>it</strong>hin two hours’ drive from Edinburgh, Gl<strong>as</strong>gow, Aberdeen<br />

or Inverness via the main A9 road. T<strong>here</strong> are train stations in <strong>Blair</strong> Atholl (1/2 mile<br />

away) and P<strong>it</strong>lochry (7 miles away), w<strong>it</strong>h regular connecting services from all the<br />

major Scottish c<strong>it</strong>ies. A daily express service to and from London’s Kings Cross<br />

station stops at P<strong>it</strong>lochry, and the Caledonian Sleeper to and from London Euston<br />

stops at <strong>Blair</strong> Atholl station.<br />
