The <strong>12th</strong> International Symposium on Dynamic Games and Applications, a three<br />

day conference, will be held in Sophia-Antipolis, France in July 3-5, 2006.<br />

Participants will have an opportunity to hear state-of-the-art presentations on a wide<br />

range of game-theoretic models, both theory and applications. The conference will be<br />

followed by a one-day tutorial on July 6, 2006<br />

The topics include, but are not limited to the following:<br />

• Dynamic games and applications<br />

• Repeated games<br />

• Learning and adaptive games<br />

• Evolutionary games<br />

• Cooperative equilibria<br />

• H-infinity control and robust controller designs<br />

Publications<br />

A volume of abstracts and a CD containing preprints of full papers will be made<br />

available to registered participants at the beginning of the conference.<br />

After the symposium, the participants will have an opportunity to submit their papers<br />

for publication in a refereed special volume of the Annals of the ISDG (Birkhauser<br />

publisher).<br />

Submissions<br />

Submissions are to be made by e-mailing a ps or pdf file of an extended abstract to<br />

ISDG2006@unisa.edu.au. The extended abstract should not exceed 2 pages.<br />

Each submission should contain<br />

• the author's (authors’) name(s) with a clear indication of the corresponding<br />

author; the authors' complete details : affiliation (with URL address if any),<br />

complete address (including fax number), E-mail address (and home page<br />

URL address if any)<br />

• a list of keywords<br />

The Program Committee is soliciting proposals for invited sessions. Cohesive<br />

sessions focusing on new or emerging topics are particularly encouraged.<br />

Proposals for invited sessions should contain<br />

• the name(s) of the session organizer(s) with all the above personal details<br />

• a clear statement of the topic of the session<br />

• for each presentation included in the invited session, the same information as<br />

listed above for an individual submission.<br />

Note that the first presentation in such a session may be a tutorial or survey, which<br />

can be allotted twice the usual time.<br />

The decision concerning the acceptance of a presentation will be made on the basis of<br />

the extended abstract submission. After this decision is made, the author will be<br />

requested to e-mail a ps or pdf file of a full paper to isdg06-org@sophia.inria.fr.<br />

Note that submission of full papers is optional.<br />

Deadlines<br />

• Extended abstracts and invited session submission: December 31, 2005<br />

• Notification of acceptance: March 1st, 2006<br />

• Full paper: May 1st, 2006


Registration fees<br />

The following fees include participation in the conference and the tutorials, coffee<br />

breaks and lunches, as well as a volume of the annals of the ISDG issued after the<br />

conference.<br />

Before April 1, 2006<br />

Regular : 485 Canadian dollars<br />

Reduced : 370 Canadian dollars<br />

Student : 275 Canadian dollars<br />

After April 1, 2006<br />

Regular : 550 Canadian dollars<br />

Reduced : 420 Canadian dollars<br />

Student : 325 Canadian dollars<br />

To benefit from the reduced fees, participants should be affiliated with a university or<br />

research centre from a low income country as listed by OECD<br />

(www.oecd.org/dac/stats/daclist)<br />

To benefit from student fees, participants should provide the local organizing<br />

committee with an attestation of their University. Few scholarships will be available.<br />

Symposium Location<br />

The conference and tutorials are organized at Sophia Antipolis in the buildings of<br />

INRIA and the nearby buildings of University of Nice Sophia Antipolis. These are<br />

located at about 30km from Nice international airport, and can be reached by public<br />
