Storage of sensitive products e.g. reticle cassettes / wafers or parts which<br />
must be protected from humidity <strong>and</strong> particle influences <strong>and</strong> for to reduce<br />
corrosion .<br />
The automatic N 2 Flushing System reduced humidity to a lower level <strong>and</strong> the<br />
particle influence is stopped when doors are open <strong>and</strong> fast flushing is on.<br />
Closed doors , fast flushing is changing to permanent flushing.<br />
Operations are shown at the display.<br />
Alarm indicator <strong>and</strong> signal if 1 door is open longer than 30 seconds or more<br />
than1 door, in case of errors <strong>and</strong> if N 2 input pressure is lower as specified.<br />
220/240 V AC 50/60 Hz N 2 / 3.5-6 bar.<br />
Option: Heating for N 2 input.<br />
The temperature inside the cabinet is same as invironment.<br />
