Application<br />
Stainless steel reticle <strong>and</strong> photo masks storage cabinet. Space-saving solution with perforated top achieves maximal laminar fl ow<br />
when positioned below the fi lter fan unit. Reticle cassettes are automatically secured when pushed into the unit. Numbering<br />
of storage sections is available. Reticle inserts are made of electro-polished stainless steel. The casing surface is also polished.
