We have an integrated in-house development team, which means that we have the key <strong>com</strong>petencies and inhouse<br />

resources to deliver a project from its conceptualization to <strong>com</strong>pletion. We have in-house architectural,<br />

engineering, procurement, project management and quality control capabilities. We received the Brick and<br />

Mortar Award (North Zone) from the Architecture and Design Spectrum Foundation in 2006 along with the<br />

Mapsor Indian Property Award for the best <strong>com</strong>mercial project (State level) from the IPA in 2007. In 2009,<br />

“Ambience Mall”, Gurgaon was awarded the Emerging Shopping Centre of the Year at the Images Shopping<br />

Centre Awards (ISCA) and the Award of Excellence – by Augtics Systems (International Real Estate Data<br />
