The job locations are based at Bangalore and Gulbarga. All positions carry attractive salary structure that is<br />

on par with the Industry standards and comprise components for HRA ,CCA, EPF (employer contribution<br />

1. <strong>Karnataka</strong> <strong>German</strong> <strong>Multi</strong> <strong>Skill</strong> <strong>Development</strong> <strong>Centres</strong> (KGMSDC) scheduled to launch at Bangalore and<br />

Gulbarga, are premier world class Training Institute <strong>of</strong> the Department <strong>of</strong> Employment and Training<br />

Government <strong>of</strong> <strong>Karnataka</strong>. The primary mission <strong>of</strong> the Training <strong>Centres</strong> is to conduct a broad based<br />

multidisciplinary programme in various Industrial Technical Fields, directed towards the development <strong>of</strong><br />

skills and trades and to become a world class training centers that represents specialized trade training<br />

programs in alignment with the Industry requirements across the globe. The programmes at KGMSDC<br />

are at the cutting edge <strong>of</strong> frontier areas <strong>of</strong> industries and Manufacturing Plants. The Government <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>Karnataka</strong> has entered into Technical Collaboration with <strong>German</strong> Technical Collaboration with <strong>German</strong><br />

Technology Collaboration wing GIZ, who are world leaders in providing technical support and<br />

consultancy in the areas <strong>of</strong> course design, implementation and running <strong>of</strong> the courses and quality<br />

assurance<br />

2 The mission oriented program <strong>of</strong> KGMSDC <strong>of</strong>fers challenging and complimentary roles for<br />

administrators, engineers and technicians. If you are a Postgraduate in Science/ Engineering or a<br />

Graduate in Science/ Engineering or a Diploma holder in Engineering or ITI qualified with experience<br />

with a passion for taking up challenging assignments to contribute to the efforts <strong>of</strong> the KGMSDC, we<br />

welcome you to apply and join the path <strong>of</strong> growth.<br />

3. At present the positions available are Director / Deputy Director / Senior Manager /<br />

Engineer / Technicians. The job locations are based at Bangalore and Gulbarga. All positions<br />

carry attractive salary structure that is par with the Industry standards and components for<br />

4. Note In case <strong>of</strong> final selection the selected candidate have to join within 30 days <strong>of</strong> the issue <strong>of</strong><br />

appointment letter. At the time <strong>of</strong> joining, Medical certificate <strong>of</strong> fitness from a Government Hospital or<br />

a recognised medical practitioner will be required.<br />

5. Director – KGMSDC(Bangalore&Gulbarga) -01 Post<br />

(i)The Director plays a critical role in the KGMSDCs. The Director is primarily responsible for the<br />

successful planning and implementation <strong>of</strong> Training Courses in the Training <strong>Centres</strong> both at<br />

Bangalore and Gulbarga. He will lead a team <strong>of</strong> qualified faculties in executing day-to-day<br />

operations and functions <strong>of</strong> KGMSDC. The Director will be stationed in Bangalore and Head the<br />

KGMSDC at Bangalore & Gulbarga. He should have a strong commitment to the project and is<br />

expected to have familiarity with Training <strong>Centres</strong>, vocational and technical training and passion for


human resource development. He must have an outstanding performance record, management<br />

skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently and must be results-oriented.<br />

ii) Qualification<br />

Masters Degree in any discipline <strong>of</strong> Engineering with consistent Academic Record.<br />

(iii) Experience<br />

(a) Essential- 15 years experience in Educational Planning or Administration, Training etc. in Leading<br />

Industries or Central or State Government or University or other Institution <strong>of</strong> Higher Education or<br />

Autonomous Bodies or PSUs. Heads <strong>of</strong> Departments <strong>of</strong> Large / Medium Scale Industries with a flair<br />

for achievements in Education / Training / Human Resource <strong>Development</strong> are welcome to apply.<br />

(b) Desirable- Preference will be given to persons with proven record <strong>of</strong> achievements in industries and<br />

have experience at senior levels in production environment as well as training areas.<br />

(iv) Scale <strong>of</strong> Pay - Salary will be at par with Industry Standards so as to recognize and retain the best<br />

talent and is not a constraint for deserving candidates. The basic pay range is Rs 65500/- to Rs 85000/-<br />

with a gross <strong>of</strong> Rs 1,08,855/- at lower range <strong>of</strong> pay.<br />

(v) Upper age Limit- 58 years, as on 1st Aug, 2011<br />

(vi) Job Requirement<br />

Leading the team <strong>of</strong> Senior Managers, Faculties, Administrative Staff and ensuring high-quality<br />

implementation <strong>of</strong> the Teaching and Learning processes as per course curriculum and quality<br />

standards and procedures.<br />

Building a cohesive team to ensure a successful Training Institute.<br />

Overseeing staff performance management, Students Training and Training Institute Functions<br />

and Operations<br />

Building and maintaining relationships with Government <strong>of</strong> India, Government <strong>of</strong> <strong>Karnataka</strong> and<br />

Industries.<br />

Ensuring the after training placements <strong>of</strong> trainees in Industries by maintaining close rapport<br />

with recruiters.<br />

Overseeing the daily operations <strong>of</strong> the Training Institute.<br />

Ensuring and monitoring the overall quality <strong>of</strong> the Training Institute.<br />

Keeping in constant communication with all Governing Council, Steering Committee and the<br />

Society<br />

(vii) Type <strong>of</strong> Contract – The incumbent will be under Full-Time contract for period for two years initially<br />

but can be extended in blocks <strong>of</strong> 2 years at a time.<br />

Deputy Director – 2 Posts<br />

(i)The Deputy Director will serve as the Curriculum Coordinator for KGMSDC. In addition, he will<br />

assist the Director in general program operations and Administration at Bangalore. The position <strong>of</strong><br />

Dy. Director at Gulbarga is designated as the Head <strong>of</strong> KGMSDC Gulbarga and will be responsible for<br />

Director for successful implementation and running <strong>of</strong> project at Gulbarga. He will manage the<br />

training needs and overall functioning <strong>of</strong> KGMSDC Gulbarga. The candidate is expected to have


familiarity with Training <strong>Centres</strong>, outstanding performance record and management skills. He must<br />

have the ability to work collaboratively and independently and should be result-oriented.<br />

(ii) Qualification and experience<br />

Master Degree in any <strong>of</strong> the subjects <strong>of</strong> Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics /<br />

Electrical / Environmental Engineering / Civil / Mechanical / Automobile from a recognized<br />

University or equivalent.<br />

(iii) Experience<br />

(a) Essential- At least 12 years experience at managerial level out <strong>of</strong> which, at least five years <strong>of</strong><br />

experience in training, teaching, educational planning or administration or production units in<br />

Industries or Central or State Government or University or other Institutions <strong>of</strong> Higher Education or<br />

Autonomous Bodies or PSU etc.<br />

(b) Desirable- Preference will be given to persons with proven record <strong>of</strong> achievements and have<br />

experience in production environment as well as training areas.<br />

(iv) Scale <strong>of</strong> Pay Salary will be at par with Industry Standards so as to recognize and retain the best<br />

talent and is not a constraint for deserving candidates. The basic pay range is Rs 45000/- to Rs 70000/-<br />

with a gross <strong>of</strong> Rs 75,030/- at lower range <strong>of</strong> pay.<br />

(v) Upper age Limit- 50 years, as on 1st Aug, 2011<br />

(vi) Job Requirement<br />

The Deputy Director will be assisting the Director in leading the Training Institute and<br />

Communication activities <strong>of</strong> the institute.<br />

Take the lead role in ensuring that KGMSDC Gulbarga maintains high training standards and<br />

is run as per quality standards.<br />

Ensure Coordinated operations among the different departments and liaise with Govt<br />

departments as per requirements.<br />

Oversee development <strong>of</strong> training related aids, delivery <strong>of</strong> lectures on the training<br />

programmes and development <strong>of</strong> audio-visual training material<br />

Assist Director/Carryout the Administrative Duties as assigned by Director from time to<br />

time.<br />

Assist the Director / Carryout planning and implementation <strong>of</strong> recruitment strategies,<br />

Students Admissions , Advertisements in the media, student orientation, graduation<br />

ceremonies, and other special events <strong>of</strong> KGMSDC.<br />

Assist the Director / Carry out the after training placements <strong>of</strong> trainees in Industries by<br />

maintaining close rapport with recruiters.<br />

(vii)Type <strong>of</strong> Contract - The incumbent will be under Full-Time contract initially for two years and can be<br />

extended in block <strong>of</strong> two years.<br />

Faculty-Sr Manager/Manage -01 Position<br />

(i) A Senior Manager/Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, leading and supervising<br />

respective training department at KGMSDC. The Manager is the immediate person the team looks


up to. The ability to quickly grasp new ideas and concepts and incorporate them into institutes daily<br />

work activities is required. Talents in communicating with a wide range <strong>of</strong> employees at different<br />

levels <strong>of</strong> authority are necessary<br />

(ii) Qualification and experience<br />

(a) Essential- A Master’s Degree in any <strong>of</strong> the subjects <strong>of</strong> Information Technology / Computer<br />

Science / Electronics / Electrical / Environmental Engineering / Civil / Mechanical / Automobile or<br />

equivalent with a minimum <strong>of</strong> 60% marks or equivalent grade with 10 Years experience<br />

OR<br />

A Bachelor’s Degree in any <strong>of</strong> the subjects <strong>of</strong> Information Technology / Computer Science /<br />

Electronics / Electrical / Environmental Engineering / Civil / Mechanical / Automobile or equivalent<br />

with a minimum <strong>of</strong> 60% marks or equivalent grade with 15 Years experience<br />

(iii) Experience<br />

(a) Essential- At least 10 years’ experience post qualification out <strong>of</strong> which at least five years in a<br />

position <strong>of</strong> independent responsibility or Manager or in similar capacity in a Private Industry or<br />

public / private organization involved in vocational/technical training/technical education fields<br />

(b) Desirable- Preference will be given to the persons with proven track record <strong>of</strong> achievements in<br />

vocational/technical training/technical education fields<br />

(iv) Scale <strong>of</strong> Pay – Salary will be at par with Industry Standards so as to recognize and retain the best<br />

talent and is not a constraint for deserving candidates. The basic pay range is Rs 30,000/- to Rs 45000/-<br />

with a gross <strong>of</strong> Rs 50,280/- at lower range <strong>of</strong> pay for Sr Manager position. For managers position basic<br />

pay range is Rs 28,000/- to Rs 34000/- with a gross <strong>of</strong> Rs 46,980/- at lower range <strong>of</strong> pay<br />

(v) Upper age Limit- 45 years, as on 1st July, 2011<br />

(vi) Job Requirement<br />

Identify “core competencies” <strong>of</strong> workforce and conduct training as per quality standards.<br />

Identify the training needs <strong>of</strong> the work force under him and organize training.<br />

Design and develop training programs and update course curriculum to reflect the latest<br />

standards being followed in the Industry.<br />

Assist Director/Dy Director in organizing placements for the trainees by maintaining the close<br />

liaison with recruiters from the Industry.<br />

(vii) Type <strong>of</strong> Contract - The incumbent will be under Full-Time contract initially for two years and can be<br />

extended in block <strong>of</strong> two years. The candidate can be <strong>of</strong>fered the position <strong>of</strong> Sr Manager or Manager<br />

depending <strong>of</strong> the organization needs and experience <strong>of</strong> the candidate.


Faculty-Sr Engineer/Engineer) - 04 Positions<br />

(i) The individual would be working closely with the Training Faculty and contribute significantly to the<br />

planning and execution <strong>of</strong> key training activities for the respective discipline/trade. He shall fall into the<br />

team <strong>of</strong> Core Faculties / Master Trainers. Besides the day-to-day operations like training, preparing<br />

training calendars, motivating students and trainers, the person will be expected to contribute<br />

significantly to planning and implementation <strong>of</strong> Quality Control processes.<br />

(ii) Qualification and experience<br />

(a) Essential- B.E / B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Information Technology / Computer Science /<br />

Electronics / Electrical / Environmental Engineering / Civil / Mechanical / Automobile.<br />

(iii) Experience<br />

(a) Essential- At least 3 years’ experience post qualification at an analogous position in any Industry<br />

or public / private limited organization based education institutions or in Industry as trainer.<br />

Qualification requirement may be lowered for highly experienced candidates from Industries or<br />

Manufacturing plants.<br />

(b) Desirable- Preference will be given to the candidates with Industry certifications and having<br />

undergone internationally recognized courses and having relevant proven track record <strong>of</strong><br />

achievements in vocational/technical training/technical education fields/ production floors.<br />

(iv) Scale <strong>of</strong> Pay - Salary will be at par with Industry Standards so as to recognize and retain the best<br />

talent and is not a constraint for deserving candidates. The basic pay range is Rs 15,000/- to Rs 20,000/-<br />

with a gross <strong>of</strong> Rs 25,530/- at lower range <strong>of</strong> pay for Sr. Engineer position. For engineers position basic<br />

pay range is Rs 12,000/- to Rs 16000/- with a gross <strong>of</strong> Rs 20,580/- at lower range <strong>of</strong> pay<br />

(v) Upper age Limit- 35 years, as on 1st July, 2011. Upper age limit may be relaxed up to five for<br />

deserving candidates<br />

(vi) Job Requirement<br />

Lead a team <strong>of</strong> qualified and experienced while meeting training deliverables in terms <strong>of</strong> numbers,<br />

timelines and quality.<br />

Interfacing with the internal and external Industry and Corporates to identify training needs.<br />

Interacting with internal and external experts from industries to discuss best practices, ways<br />

and means to improvise trainings methodologies.<br />

Monitor training effectiveness through regular feedbacks and performance scores.<br />

Identify and scheduling resources for training<br />

Maintenance <strong>of</strong> training calendars <strong>of</strong> respective training departments<br />

(vii) Type <strong>of</strong> Contract The incumbent will be under Full-Time contract initially for two years and can be<br />

extended in block <strong>of</strong> two years. The candidate can be <strong>of</strong>fered the position <strong>of</strong> Sr. Engineer/Engineer<br />

depending <strong>of</strong> the organization needs and experience <strong>of</strong> the candidate.


Faculty-Junior Engineer -08 Positions<br />

(i)The individual would be working as the Training Faculties and contribute significantly to the planning<br />

and execution <strong>of</strong> key training activities for the respective trade. Besides the day-to-day operations like<br />

training, preparing training calendars, motivating students and trainers, the person will be expected to<br />

impart quality training to students and achieve exemplary results on students term end evaluations.<br />

(ii) Qualification and experience<br />

(a) Essential- Degree or equivalent in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics /<br />

Electrical / Environmental Engineering / Civil / Mechanical / Automobile<br />

OR<br />

National Trade Certificate in the particular trade with three-year experience in the trade after<br />

obtaining the certificate.<br />

OR<br />

National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade with one -year experience in the trade after<br />

obtaining the certificate.<br />

OR<br />

Diploma in the appropriate branch <strong>of</strong> Engineering from a Government or Government recognized<br />

polytechnic or its equivalent qualification.<br />

(b) Desirable- Preference will be given to the candidates with Industry certifications and undergone<br />

internationally recognized courses and having relevant proven track record <strong>of</strong> achievements in<br />

vocational/technical training/technical education fields/ production floors.<br />

(iii) Experience<br />

(a) Essential- At least 2 years’ experience post qualification at an analogous position in any Industry<br />

or public / private limited organization based education institutions or in Industry as trainer.<br />

(b) Desirable- Preference will be given to highly experienced candidates from Industries or<br />

Manufacturing plants or Training or Educational Institutions. Pr<strong>of</strong>essional certifications from<br />

accredited organizations like Cisco/Micro S<strong>of</strong>t/AWS etc will be given due weightage.<br />

(iv) Scale <strong>of</strong> Pay - Salary will be at par with Industry Standards so as to recognize and retain the best<br />

talent and is not a constraint for deserving candidates. The basic pay range is Rs 10,000/- to Rs 13,500/-<br />

with a gross <strong>of</strong> Rs 17,280/- at lower range <strong>of</strong> pay for Jr. Engineer position<br />

(v) Upper age Limit- 30 years, as on 1st July, 2011. Upper age limit may be relaxed by 5 yrs for deserving<br />

candidates<br />

(vi) Job Requirement<br />

Provides individual and group instruction by means <strong>of</strong> demonstrations, sketches,<br />

explanations and visual aids.<br />

Prepares lesson plans, determines instructional methods, and develops, administers and<br />

grades evaluations in theory and practice <strong>of</strong> a trade<br />

Creates and maintains records <strong>of</strong> students' attendance, progress, attitude and<br />

accomplishments<br />

Instructs students in the use <strong>of</strong> tools <strong>of</strong> the trade, the proper care and use <strong>of</strong> materials, and<br />

safety precautions


Instructs and evaluates students in such trade techniques as woodworking, machine shop,<br />

welding, automobile body repair, electronics and electrical repair, blueprint reading,<br />

construction and environmental technology<br />

Schedules classes to conform to requirements for trade certificates<br />

Assists student in the selection <strong>of</strong> training courses, in matters <strong>of</strong> industrial practices and<br />

rules, and counsels students on academic problems<br />

Monitors student behavior<br />

Maintains records and prepares reports and correspondence related to the work<br />

Performs related work as assigned<br />

(vii) Type <strong>of</strong> Contract The incumbent will be under Full-Time contract initially for two years and can<br />

be extended in block <strong>of</strong> two years.<br />

Technician Gr3/2/1 - 04 Positions<br />

(i)Maintenance technicians will work independently and with other staff personnel to perform<br />

preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. They will troubleshoot issues, repair failures <strong>of</strong><br />

production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness in the<br />

Laboratories. All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals and objectives <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Institution<br />

(ii) Qualification and experience<br />

(a) Essential- National Trade Certificate in the particular trade with three-year experience in the<br />

trade after obtaining the certificate.<br />

OR<br />

National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade with one-year experience in the trade after<br />

obtaining the certificate.<br />

OR<br />

An ITI Certificate in any Trade from recognized Government ITI.<br />

OR<br />

Diploma in the appropriate branch <strong>of</strong> Engineering from a Government or Government recognized<br />

polytechnic or its equivalent qualification<br />

Or<br />

A degree and Pr<strong>of</strong>essional certification from accredited agencies like Cisco/Micros<strong>of</strong>t/AWS etc<br />

(b) Desirable- Preference will be given to the persons with good academics records and relevant<br />

experience in production floors/Training Centers etc.<br />

(iii) Experience. One year <strong>of</strong> relevant experience post qualification. However freshers with good<br />

academic record and aptitude will be considered.<br />

(iv) Scale <strong>of</strong> Pay Salary will be at par with Industry Standards so as to recognize and retain the best<br />

talent. The basic pay range is Rs 8,000/- to Rs 10,000/- with a gross <strong>of</strong> Rs 13,980/- at lower range <strong>of</strong> pay<br />

for Gr3 position. For Gr2 position, the basic pay range is Rs 6,500/- to Rs 8,000/- with a gross <strong>of</strong> Rs<br />

11,505/- at lower range <strong>of</strong> pay. For Gr1 position, the basic pay range is Rs 5,700/- to Rs 7,000/- with a<br />

gross <strong>of</strong> Rs 10.178/- at lower range <strong>of</strong> pay<br />

(v) Upper age Limit- 30 years, as on 1st July, 2011


(vi) Job Requirement<br />

Maintain the uptime status <strong>of</strong> Lab equipments at all times.<br />

Maintain the stock <strong>of</strong> all assets in the Lab.<br />

Arrange for the repairs <strong>of</strong> electrical works, carpentry works, AC works for maintenance <strong>of</strong><br />

centrally fitted accessories and equipments in the lab.<br />

Carry out periodic preventive maintenance activities on Lab Equipments to ensure satisfactory<br />

service.<br />

Assist in setting up laboratory experiments.<br />

Any other work assigned by the Head <strong>of</strong> Department from time to time.<br />

(viii) Type <strong>of</strong> Contract - The incumbent will be under Full-Time contract initially for two years and can<br />

Senior/Business <strong>Development</strong> Executive/IC Trg & Placement Cell -01 Position<br />

(i) Business <strong>Development</strong> Executive/TPC is the face <strong>of</strong> the organisation to the external agencies and<br />

organisations. He is imparted responsibility for winning and securing business for the organization by<br />

making visits/calls to the prospective clients, pitching the business service, sending/seeking requisite<br />

information/proposal and follow up with persistence and dedication. He would also be involved in<br />

Developing and implementing sales strategy, market mapping and analytics <strong>of</strong> the market trends in<br />

training and skills requirements. The important facet <strong>of</strong> his responsibility is to organize placement for<br />

successful trainees by maintaining close liaison with recruiters and Industry.<br />

(ii) Qualification and experience<br />

(a) Essential- A graduate with MBA / PGDBM or Equivalent<br />

(iii) Experience<br />

(a) Essential- Must have Two Years <strong>of</strong> Experience as Business <strong>Development</strong> Executive in Training<br />

Field with exposure <strong>of</strong> Market. Should have experience in Direct Sales and Business <strong>Development</strong><br />

leading to consistent sales performance. An exposure to placement activities and strong Industry links<br />

will be a definite advantage.<br />

(iv) Scale <strong>of</strong> Pay - Salary will be at par with Industry Standards so as to recognize and retain the best<br />

talent and is not a constraint for deserving candidates. The basic pay range is Rs 15,000/- to Rs 20,000/-<br />

with a gross <strong>of</strong> Rs 25,530/- at lower range <strong>of</strong> pay for Sr. Business <strong>Development</strong> Executive/IC TPC<br />

clients, pitching the business service, sending/seeking requisite information/proposal and follow<br />

up with persistence and dedication.<br />

Winning business through process <strong>of</strong> qualifying and developing relationships.<br />

Organize placements for the trainees from recruiters by organizing in campus or out campus<br />

placement drives.<br />

Admin Assistant Gr3/2/1 - 02 Positions<br />

(i) The full‐time Administrative Assistant oversees and manages all <strong>of</strong>fice procedures and other<br />

tasks as assigned by the Director. The incumbent shall be overseeing general <strong>of</strong>fice activities, including<br />

the supervision <strong>of</strong> junior administrative staff.<br />

(ii) Qualification and experience<br />

(a) Essential-<br />

Should have at least second class bachelor's degree from recognized University.<br />

Should have a speed <strong>of</strong> 80 w.p.m. in English shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in English Typewriting<br />

on manual / electronic typewriter and on computer with 40/35 w.p.m. respectively.<br />

(b) Desirable- Preference will be given to the persons with certificate courses on Ms Office and Excel<br />

etc.<br />

(iii) Experience<br />

Essential- 2 years working experience in an <strong>of</strong>fice/educational institution. Must have working<br />

experience on MS Office suite and very well versed with excel s<strong>of</strong>tware.<br />

Accountant Gr3/2/1 -02 Positions<br />

(i)The accountant is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze<br />

financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure<br />

appropriate accounting control procedures.<br />

(ii) Qualification and experience<br />

(a) Essential- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance<br />

Student billing<br />

Pay and allowances accounts <strong>of</strong> staff.<br />

Financial and accounting audits from regulators from time to time<br />

Ensuring that capitalization <strong>of</strong> assets is in sync with institution policies, accounting<br />

principles. This will also involve ensuring the accuracy <strong>of</strong> information recorded in the Fixed<br />

Assets Register.<br />

Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly<br />

basis.<br />

Preparation <strong>of</strong> returns. Co-ordinate with the Director to ensure statutory compliances in any<br />

other area as required.<br />

Maintenance <strong>of</strong> accounts on a monthly basis. This requires co-ordination with external<br />

agencies such as IT, Provident fund etc<br />

(vii) Type <strong>of</strong> Contract - The incumbent will be under Full-Time contract initially for two years and can<br />

be extended in block <strong>of</strong> two years.


Front Office Executive -02 Positions<br />

(i) Front Office Executive(FOE) is first point <strong>of</strong> contact for prospective students employers and the<br />

Technical Departments <strong>of</strong> the center and plays very critical role in attracting students and enrolling them<br />

for various training programs <strong>of</strong> the Institute. For this the incumbent candidate to well versed with Tele<br />

marketing for informing and attracting the prospective Students and also well versed with front <strong>of</strong>fice<br />

procedures by using latest tools such as MS <strong>of</strong>fice/Power Point etc.<br />

(i) Qualification and experience<br />

(a) Essential- MBA or PG Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Human Resource<br />

Practices. Bachelors Degree BBA/BCA etc in the above disciplines are acceptable in case<br />

<strong>of</strong> experienced and deserving candidates.<br />

(ii) Experience<br />

(a) Essential- 1 + years in positions such as PRO/Marketing in reputed public / private institutions and / or<br />

government organizations. Well versed with MS Office and other relevant s<strong>of</strong>tware<br />

Maintaining Courier Register<br />

Provide first hand information to students regarding courses.<br />

Maintain <strong>of</strong>ficial web site regarding Institute notice board and course details and other major<br />

events.<br />
