RevTech DFO 

Optimize your fuel injection without the need for expensive 

dyno tuning! Developed by Mark Dobeck, the inventor 

of the original Jet Kit, the DFO allows you to quickly dial in 

your engine’s fuel delivery, whether on a stock bike, or with 

freer flowing air filter and/or exhaust added. Installation 

takes less than an hour, and adjustments are made by the 

simple turn of a screwdriver. A little experimentation produces 

results you can feel, whether simply removing a lean 

hiccup or flat spot on your stock bike or maximizing the 

effect of your aftermarket exhaust.

How it 

works 

The RevTech 

DFO modifies 

the outgoing 

signal from 

the ECU to your injectors, increasing the duration of the 

spray of fuel, thereby richening the mixture. Adjustable 

pots allow you to add fuel where it is needed over three 

areas of the rev range. A fourth pot allows you to set a 

transition point from light-load cruise to high-fuel performance 

mode. This allows both basic tuning and more sophisticated 

fine-tuning for specific racing situations. The 

transition feature also has a load sensitive function that 

overrides the base rpm setting to allow an earlier crossover 

whenever large throttle openings are introduced at low 

rpm's. If, while operating in the light load/cruise mode, 

the DFO detects a rapid opening of the throttle, a predetermined 

amount of additional fuel is added to further 

increase throttle response and acceleration beyond what a 

factory fuel map will deliver.

What's a WEGO 

And why do I need one 

WEGO stands for ‘Wide-Band Exhaust 

Gas Oxygen Sensor Interface.’ 

When used with the Twin Tec TCFI fuel 

injection controller, the WEGO allows 

fuel auto-tuning capability during actual 

on-road riding conditions. The compact 

size and wide supply voltage range 

allows operation from small rechargeable 

batteries in lots of applications. 

By utilizing miniature surface mount 

electronics technology, digital signal 

processing techniques, and a switching 

power supply for the sensor heater, the 

WEGO provides the same level of accuracy 

as expensive lab systems.

Daytona Twin Tec TCFI Fuel Injection Controller Kit 

The TCFI solves tuning problems with highly-modified engines. Competitive “band-aid” products that interface 

to the Delphi ® controller still rely on speed-density fuel control. Long duration/high overlap camshafts wreak 

havoc with manifold pressure – especially at idle and cruise RPM. Speed-density based fuel control can’t cope. 

High-end automotive racing systems use alpha-N (throttle position and RPM based) fuel control. Alpha-N 

eliminates any dependence on manifold pressure and is unaffected by long duration/high overlap camshafts. 

The TCFI brings this proven technology to the aftermarket. 

An optional wide-band exhaust gas oxygen sensor (WEGO) interface allows auto-tuning during actual on-road 

riding conditions, through the use of a high-tech sensor. The user programs a table with the desired air/fuel 

ratios, and then the system does the rest. 

The TCFI has the same ignition control as our proven ignition system with fully programmable advance curves 

for Twin Cam 88 ® models. Idle air control, including idle RPM and cold start characteristics, are also fully programmable. 

This facilitates the use of throttle bodies modified for higher airflow. 

The TCFI communicates diagnostic information by blinking codes on the check engine LED. The unit also has 

built-in data logging that stores data for the last 15 minutes of operation. The included PC link cable and 

Windows-compatible software, allow the use of a laptop PC for programming and data analysis. The PC link 

cable plugs into the existing diagnostic connector on the motorcycle wiring harness. 

The TCFI is not recommended for stock engines and will not increase power by itself. The unit has been tested 

on modified 88 CID and 95 CID engines. Setup tables are provided for these applications that will get you up 

and running. From a practical standpoint, tuning any fuel injection system requires an exhaust gas analyzer. 

You can either spend a lot of time on a dyno with an exhaust sniffer (like the newer Dynojet units) or you can 

use our WEGO. With the WEGO, the system will auto-tune the fuel tables while you ride the bike on the road, 

eliminating the need to spend any time on a dyno. On-road auto-tuning only takes a few hours and gives 

much more realistic results than dyno tuning. Air-cooled engines are very sensitive to thermal effects and dyno 

systems generally have inadequate cooling airflow.

S&S ‘Super E’ and ‘Super G’ Carburetors

The next generation of high performance carburetors from 

S&S is here. 

The ‘Super E’ carburetor has a 17/8" throat and is approximately 

17/16" shorter than previous models providing an 

overall installation length the same as stock. 

The ‘Super G’ carburetor’s throat is 21/16" and is designed 

for high performance use on 74 cubic inch and larger Big 

Twin models with modified heads, cams, stroker flywheels 

and big bore cylinders. 

Both the ‘Super E’ and ‘Super G’ carburetors have a fully 

adjustable idle and interchangeable midrange and high 

speed jets. 

All carburetor kits include: S&S teardrop air cleaner, fuel 

line, clamps, extra main jets, intake manifold for stocklength 

cylinders, bracket and complete instructions.

These carburetor kits will give you an exceptionally wide torque band. Simply bolt one onto 

stock or large displacement motors to improve bottom, midrange, and top-end torque and 

horsepower. They come ready-to-run and feature show-chrome billet aluminum air cleaners. 

Throttles are activated by a common shaft and dual cable system that utilizes the stock-style

These air cleaner assemblies have achieved a massive airflow increase over competing designs while 

not reducing the drivers legroom. The key to this gain is a concept referred to as Laminar Flow. The

Forcewinder XR Air Intake System 

The Forcewinder is a bold design in air filtration that looks racy and gives the rider more leg clearance than conventional style air cleaners. The Forcewinder 

features a high-efficiency, long-lasting, washable K&N air filter element with a chrome end cap. The kit includes K&N air filter, fine mesh sock air filter cover 

(for wet weather use), polished, black or white elbow, and a small K&N breather for the end of a case breather hose. This kit does not come with a carburetor 

support or head breather kit. See elsewhere on this page for these parts. The Forcewinder is shown in the forward position, but can be mounted in the 

upright position when using 3.5 gallon Fat Bob gas tanks or smaller custom tanks.
