Application for Exemption: Anatomy and Physiology 申 請 豁 免 就 讀 解 剖 生 理 學 課 程
Practicing nurses or students who have obtained a recognized qualification in Anatomy & Physiology such as bachelor
degree, which has already covered the subject of “Anatomy & Physiology”, can apply for the exemption of this subject.
To apply for exemptions, copies of certificates attained should be attached to the Application and Exemption Form.
Applications submitted after the training course (Part 1) has commenced will not be accepted.
在 職 護 士 或 曾 修 讀 認 可 『 解 剖 生 理 學 』 課 程 ( 如 : 有 關 學 位 ) 學 員 可 申 請 豁 免 修 讀 『 解 剖 生 理 』 科 目 。 豁 免 申 請 必 須 於 開 課
前 遞 交 , 開 課 後 之 申 請 皆 不 會 接 受 辦 理 。 欲 申 請 豁 免 , 學 員 需 於 報 名 時 連 同 有 關 證 書 副 本 一 同 遞 交 。

Upgrade to the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists – IFPA
加 入 國 際 專 業 香 薰 治 療 師 聯 會 (IFPA) 的 一 份 子
If you already hold an Aromatherapy qualification by a recognised body such as IFA, NAHA, or hold or working
towards a recognised qualification in aromatherapy, you can now upgrade to the UK’s most recognised aromatherapy
organisation the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapist (IFPA).
如 果 你 已 經 擁 有 一 個 香 薰 治 療 文 憑 的 認 可 資 格 , 例 如 NAHA,IFA, 或 從 事 有 關 香 薰 治 療 的 工 作 , 你 可 將 你 現 有 的 資 歷 提 升
至 成 為 英 國 認 可 國 際 專 業 香 薰 治 療 師 聯 會 (IFPA) 的 會 員 。
Course fee 費 用 : HK$25,000
Total Examination fee 總 考 試 費 : HK$1,800
Part 1 Clinical and Essential Oil Science 第 一 部 份 香 薰 油 科 學 與 臨 床 應 用 : HK$800
Part 2 Aromatherapy in Clinical Massage 第 二 部 份 香 薰 臨 床 治 療 及 按 摩 : HK$800
Anatomy and Physiology 解 剖 生 理 學 : HK$200
‧ 50% deposit is required at time of enrolment 報 名 當 天 繳 交 課 程 一 半 費 用 (HK$13,400)
‧ 50% balance is payable one month after the course commencement date 餘 下 之 另 一 半 費 用 在 課 程 開 始 一 個 月 後

Award 獲 發 證 書 :
Participants will receive a “Professional Diploma in Aromatherapy & Bodywork” issued by Fleur International College of Professional
Aromatherapy upon meeting the minimum attendance of 60% and passing the module’s theory and practical examinations.
參 與 此 部 份 學 員 其 出 席 率 需 達 60% 或 以 上 , 經 考 試 合 格 後 獲 發 『FLEUR 國 際 專 業 香 薰 治 療 師 文 憑 』。
