(UNDERTAKING IN TERMS OF REGULATION 16 (1)(a))
Authorization letter (to be signed by the Producer and negative right holder and addressed to
laboratory concerned, in case of film formats).

We hereby authorize you to prepare one ___ mm positive print in Colour or Black and
White of the film and deliver it to the Print Unit, Directorate of Film Festivals (NFA Cell), Ministry
of Information and Broadcasting, Siri Fort Auditorium Complex, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi –
110 049,Tele/fax:
011-2649 3089.
Necessary raw stock required for copying the print will be supplied by the Directorate
of Film Festivals who will also settle the processing charges directly with the laboratory.
The Print may be delivered to Directorate of Film Festivals, New Delhi under
intimation to us.

Copy forwarded to the Director, Directorate of Film Festivals (NFA Cell), Ministry of Information
and Broadcasting, Siri Fort Auditorium Complex, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi – 110 049.
They will be supplied by the undersigned one Video copy of the film, if it wins an award, at the
cost of the Directorate within one month of the receipt of a request to this effect from the
Directorate. If a Video copy is not supplied by the undersigned within the time mentioned
heretofore this may be deemed to be an authority to the Directorate to get one Video copy made
at their cost.
