<strong>the</strong> Scottish Public <strong>Service</strong>s <strong>Ombudsman</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> Public <strong>Service</strong>s <strong>Ombudsman</strong> for Wales.<br />

In paragraph 303 a reference should be added to explain that <strong>the</strong> European <strong>Ombudsman</strong><br />
