Program Registration Guidelines
The following guidelines apply to the KidsCamp summer day camp program:
l Enrollments can be made on a weekly, monthly, or seasonal basis, and are limited. Registrations will be accepted
on a first come, first served basis.
Initial registration for full-time weekly enrollments must be for a minimum of two (2) consecutive weeks, after which
additional weekly enrollment can be made on a week by week basis as desired. Initial registration for part-time
weekly enrollments (minimum of 3 days per week) must be for a minimum of two (2) consecutive weeks.
l Considering the extreme popularity of KidsCamp, KidsCamp reserves the right to change or modify its
registration requirements and available enrollment options based on enrollments, and to close enrollments as
necessary.
Early registration is strongly recommended to guarantee your enrollment option and weeks of attendance.
l A non-refundable registration deposit of $195 (1st child) or $185 (2nd child) must be included with the initial program
registration form. This registration deposit will be credited towards program tuition fees.
l All KidsCamp tuition balances are payable in full as follows:
Weeks 1 - 5 (by Friday, May 31, 2013) Weeks 6 - 8 (by Friday, June 24, 2013)
Participants whose camp fees have not been paid in full by the above deadlines will be prohibited from participating
in KidsCamp until the fees have been paid in full, and no refund of registration deposits will be allowed.
l Use only one registration form per child. If enrolling more than one child, please call for additional registration
forms or visit the KidsCamp website at www.kidscareofpennsbury.com and download the appropriate forms you
need to complete registration.
The Student Emergency Information/Emergency Release/Student “Pick-Up” Authorization Form must be
returned to the KidsCare Doylestown office prior to Friday, June 7th.
l Changes in a child’s enrollment status must be made, in writing, by Friday, May 31st. No enrollment changes
will be accepted after this date, regardless of reason. No refunds or credits will be allowed without this prior written
notification.
l No credit will be allowed for any program days and/or regional trips not attended regardless of reason.
