Sun City Aliante is an age restricted community in the Northwest area of North Las Vegas, NV. The community’s newsletter, The
Breeze, goes out monthly to over 2000 homeowners with a readership of over 3500 locally, and is posted for continued reference on
the community’s web portal with the month’s respective advertising inserts.
The Breeze newsletter is a four-color high quality publication, and the only official communication with the residents of Sun City Aliante.
We do not charge extra for color ads and prefer your ad in color. We also do not charge extra to change your ad each month as long as
it is received before the printing deadlines indicated below.
Many of the residents use this publication throughout the month as a referral tool for upcoming events, activities, and contact
information. To get started, simply Review your advertising options, complete the Advertising Contract on the reverse, and return it to
Sun City Aliante TODAY with your payment!

Listings are two-inch blocked listings appearing
monthly in the printed version of the newsletter and
as a courtesy in the online version as well viewable
by both Sun City residents and the general public.

BILLING POLICIES
• Acceptable forms of payment are check (mailed) or
cash (hand delivered), or cashier’s check.
• Discounted rates are only extended to advertisers who
prepay for their advertisements.
• Advertisers who have established accounts are billed
monthly and payment is due by the tenth of the month
• Billing, if necessary, occurs immediately following the
last Friday of the month.
• Accounts 30 days or more past due will result in the
advertising being discontinued until the account has
been brought up to date
• Past due accounts revert back to a month-to-month
rate in lieu of the discounted rate.
• A copy of this advertising contract (or the section at
the bottom) must accompany the payment method.

MECHANICAL DETAILS
• Advertising position cannot be guaranteed.
• Ads should be at least 300 dpi, in full size for the ad
dimensions
• Ads should be in a CMYK color scale
• Ads can be submitted in PDF, JPG, TIF, EPS, or PSD
files.
• Word documents are not acceptable.
• Final ads are due no later than the 5 th of the month
prior to publication with full payment
• Inserts are created (8 ½ x 11 documents) and printed
by the advertiser and provided to us at 7394 Aliante
Pkwy no later than the 12 th of each month. Please call
prior to printing to verify the number of copies needed.
• Please review your ad carefully so that it meets your
standards before we send it to print.

2009 DEADLINES AND RELEASE DATES
Advertisements must be provided via email with a
printed page proof by the 1 st of the month preceding
the issues requested.
TEARSHEETS AND AFFADAVITS
Tearsheets and Affidavits of Publication will be
mailed or emailed (Service Directory) monthly.
