General Information (Specific to the Falcon 19, 24, 25, and XX series exit devices)<br />
All products listed meet ANSI A156.3 Grade 1 standard.<br />
Devices will be furnished for hollow metal doors 3'0" x 7'0" x 1-3/4" full flush, with 5/8" high frame stops unless<br />
specified otherwise.<br />
DOOR WIDTHS<br />
EXIT DEVICES for door widths exceeding 4'0" are custom applications. Specify the exact door width and consult<br />
factory for price and availability. For device widths on narrow stile aluminum and glass doors, consult factory.<br />
DOOR THICKNESS<br />
EXIT DEVICES are furnished at prices listed for door thicknesses of 1 3/4" with standard centerlines. Other door<br />
thicknesses and/or offset installations may require additional charges for the device, trim, control and/or strike.<br />
Consult factory.<br />
DOOR HEIGHTS/DEVICE CENTERLINE<br />
SURFACE and CONCEALED VERTICAL ROD DEVICES for heights over 7'0" up to 8'0", extension rods are<br />
furnished at no additional charge. For heights over 8'0" up to 10'0" extension rods are furnished at prices shown on<br />
page 52. For doors higher than 10'0" or when centerline is other than standard, specify exact height. Consult factory<br />
for price.<br />
86 OR 161 DOOR PREPARATIONS<br />
When devices will apply over a 86 or 161 door preparation, consult factory.<br />
DEVICE MOUNTING SCREWS<br />
Machine screws are furnished with Fire Exit Devices. Sheet metal screws are furnished with Panic Devices. Machine<br />
screws can be substituted at no additional charge, specify AMS.<br />
SUBSTITUTION OF OUTSIDE TRIM OR STRIKES<br />
When other than standard is desired, deduct price of standard and add price of item used. Check catalog for<br />
compatibility. Lever trim is furnished standard Dane. Optional lever designs of Avalon, Quantum, and Sutro are<br />
available at no additional charge.<br />
ELECTRIC ACCESSORIES<br />
When specifying Electrical Products, consult catalog or factory to ensure all coordinating accessories have been<br />
considered. All electric devices must use respective power supply for warranty to apply.<br />
