CO-OPTING OF MEMBER TO THE CENTRAL EXECUTIVE OF THE ISLAND SPECIAL 

CONSTABULARY FORCE OFFICERS’ ASSOCIATION 

Consequent on the resignation of Mr. Robert Bennett, Assistant Commandant as a member of 

the Island Special Constabulary Force Officers’ Association, Miss Dacy-Ann Graham, Assistant 

Commander has been co-opted to the Executive to fill the existing vacancy. 

CHANGE OF COMMAND – ISLAND SPECIAL CONSTABULARY FORCE 

The Commandant, Mr. Osmond Bromfield, OD, JP will hand over command of the Island 

Special Constabulary Force to Mr. James Golding, M.Sc., MBA, B.Sc (Hons.), A.Sc., Deputy 

Commandant (Commandant Designate) on Saturday, October 6, 2012. 

The official ceremony marking the Change of Command will take the form of a Parade to be 

held on the Parade Square at Harman Barracks commencing at 4:00 p.m. 

Invited guests include the Minister of National Security, Commissioner of Police, Custodes, 

Ministers of Government and other dignitaries. 

Officers, sub-officers and constables of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, Island Special 

Constabulary Force, District Constables and members of the Civil Staff are invited to attend. 

All personnel must be seated by 3:30 p.m. 

Dress: Officers - No. 2 Terylene
