5/6 The Dave Eggar Quartet: Dave Eggar has performed throughout the United States and Asia, specializing in both<br />
traditional and innovative repertoire. Their recent release, The Yoga Sessions: Mozart, is an innovative fusion of Mozart<br />
and World Music created with yoga icon Derek Beres.<br />
5/13 Gretchen Hull: Currently earning her master’s degree at the Boyer College of Music and Dance at Temple<br />
University under Charles Abramovic, Gretchen Hull is a 2011 graduate of Houghton College, where she studied piano<br />
performance under Fleisher student William Newbrough. (Presented by Classical Pianists of the Future.)<br />
5/20 Elmar Oliveira and John Covelli: Violinist Elmar Oliveira expands repertoire boundaries as a champion of<br />
both contemporary music and rarely-heard works of the past, devotes considerable energy to the development of<br />
younger artists and enthusiastically supports the efforts and art of modern violin makers. During pianist John Covelli's<br />
two decade tenure as Music Director of the Binghamton Philharmonic, he also served as Principal Conductor of the<br />
Glendale Symphony, as well as Music Director of the Greater Palm Beach Symphony.<br />
5/27 Steven Nanni and Pej Reitz: Steven L. Nanni is a fast-rising world class bel canto tenor who displays an<br />
extraordinary voice in opera, oratorio and song literature. Steven recently debuted as Beppe in Leoncavallo’s<br />
Pagliacci, and as Tamino in Mozart’s Die Zauberflote in Washington, D.C. Pianist Pej Reitz is a native of the<br />
Binghamton area. She received her Bachelor and Master of Music degrees in piano performance with accompanying<br />
emphasis from Boston University, the New England Conservatory, and Binghamton University.<br />
EarthSky: <strong>WSKG</strong> has made the daily feature EarthSky part of its Morning Edition<br />
broadcast for many years. Sadly, the producers have decided to end the radio series at<br />
the end of May. The final broadcast of EarthSky will air Friday, May 31st. The website<br />
for the program, earthsky.org, will continue.<br />
New Yorkers face some of the highest taxes in the country, and local governments<br />
across the state are struggling to make ends meet. Consolidation could address<br />
some of these issues, but many communities have refused to consider the idea. What<br />

because of injuries obtained while serving. All of them will face a period of<br />
readjustment to civilian life, and many will be dealing with post-traumatic stress<br />
disorder, anxiety problems, and fear about their future outside of the military. Join<br />
