usage <strong>of</strong> CLO2<br />

Chlor<strong>in</strong>e dioxide is more aggressive than chlor<strong>in</strong>e<br />

Prelim<strong>in</strong>ary results:<br />

Paper estimates less than 200 systems (out <strong>of</strong> 51,972) <strong>of</strong> US <strong>water</strong> utilities use<br />

Chlor<strong>in</strong>e Dioxide as secondary dis<strong>in</strong>fectant<br />

Performance criteria based on ASTM F2263 test<strong>in</strong>g needs to be developed<br />

PEX F2023 CL test<strong>in</strong>g requirements are adequate for CLO2 exposure.<br />
