This undertaking complements the efforts of the<br />
<strong>DILG</strong> to popularize and mainstream governance<br />
knowledge products through the Local Government<br />
Academy and the agency’s regional learning centers.<br />
The handbook provides a means for improved<br />
access to dispute resolutions and will go a long way<br />
towards enhancing knowledge on and strengthening<br />
barangay governance and justice. The <strong>DILG</strong>,<br />
therefore, congratulates the Philippines-Canada Local<br />
