Skor Simmental’s 10th Anniversary Bull Sale is a very exciting milestone
event that is hosted by great people that can proudly claim to operate one
of the best cowherds in Canada. The multiples of high quality cows in this
herd is really impressive and very hard, if at all, to find any like it. This is
well proven as this sale is always one of the most anticipated annual events
of the respected season. Repeat customers, new buyers, registered and
commercial producers all have purchased bulls successfully from the Skor
program and have seen realized value repeatedly over and over.
Complementing the cowherd are the newest of genetic sires to keep it fresh
for their customer base. This year in the black bulls, sons of “Club King” will
be among the most in numbers and some excellent sons including what
may be the best bull in the whole dang sale is a son of the “Enticer” bull,
Skors Black Enticer 4W, who himself was a former lot # 1 in this prestigious
event. The reds have top prospects sired by “Old Faithful” - “Crockett” and
others by Westgold’s “Red Suspect” and some sons of the “Freedom” son
“Red Bull”.
I’ve always said that Skor Simmentals is a place that really “sets the bar”
as far as how many good bulls are produced here annually. It is really
incomparable as to the volume of quality that is produced each year.
It has sincerely been a privilege to manage ALL of the Skor Bull Sales. The
Skoretz’s and Jones’s are fantastic people to conduct business with and I
would highly refer them to you as a your “bull source”. You will be treated
more than fairly and will be owning a high quality product.

Delivery Options:
A: $50 discount per lot if picked up from Camrose on sale day.
B: Bulls delivered free of charge in Alberta and Saskatchewan at the seller’s
convenience. All other points, bulls delivered at cost.
C: If you cannot take delivery of your bull when we are in your area, bulls
must be picked up from the farm by the purchaser.
Bulls will be wintered free of charge until April 15. After April 15th a charge
of $3.00/day will be applied.
All bulls returning to the farm do so at the buyer’s risk and must be insured.
Insurance agents will be available sale day.
Health
The cowherd is on an annual vaccination program using Bovisheild Gold
FP5, Vision 8 with Somnus and Jencine. The bulls receive one shot of
Bovisheild Gold, Vision 8 with Somnus, and Once PMPH at spring turnout.
The same is given on pasture 3 weeks prior to weaning and then boosted
the day they come home and given A&D.
Semen Interest
We reserve the right to obtain semen on all bulls for on farm use at the
buyer’s convenience and seller’s expense.
