■ European WaterCare Systems Limited was founded in 1995
to develop the foodservice water treatment business of
Oxshott Engineering, a specialist laundry water
treatment manufacturer.
■
Owned by Tony Rudman and Kit Free, European WaterCare
has steadily increased turnover from £600k to £2.5 million in
2002 and is still continuing to grow.

We specialise in the provision of water treatment solutions for
the foodservice industry including our ‘TotalCare’ water
treatment solution for the whole kitchen, which offers a scale
free guarantee!

We operate a nationwide team of fully trained service
engineers, under the charge of Gary Pomfrey, General
Manager. We do not use third party contractors.
■
In 2000, we opened a service base in Manchester to cover
the North of England, Wales and Scotland.
■ In 2001, European WaterCare Systems attained ISO 9001.
■
In 2002, the company was awarded Investor in
People status.
■
In mid-2002, we launched ‘TotalCare’ – the complete nopurchase
fixed-price water treatment solution for scale and
corrosion problems.

We have constantly reinvested in the business and in
February 2003, European WaterCare Systems moved to
26,000 sq.ft. premises in Harlow, Essex in order to expand
the manufacturing of our product range which includes:

■ Water Softeners
■ Reverse Osmosis
■ Break Tanks

Other products include stand-alone pressure pump sets,
water meters, hoses and a variety of fittings manufactured
in-house.

Our manufacturing facility includes our engineering workshop
for R&D and product development, rotational moulding
centre, production facility, warehousing and offices with fully
computerised systems, including our bespoke service
management system.

We ensure that our equipment meets your requirements by
manufacturing the most complete range of water treatment
solutions for foodservice operators in the UK.

European WaterCare’s Service Division supports customers
nationwide, providing services from a single emergency
call-out to a fixed price maintenance programme which
guarantees all equipment against limescale related problems.
