NEON PUMPING EQUIPMENT<br />
A diffusion pump is the most effective method of achieving high-speed<br />
pumping below one micron. Transco's TRA-98040 diffusion pump<br />

hardware and a 50cc bottle of clear diffusion pump oil. Uses o-ring<br />

1000 microns. Additionally, the scale includes a red line indicator<br />
which represents 10 (0.01 microns). This gauge offers anti-flashback<br />

condensable gases which may enter the sensor tube and contaminate<br />
the element. The Televac vacuum gauge can be installed on all Ultra-Vac<br />
manifold systems and can be installed on most other manifold systems<br />
(optional adaptor required).<br />
