transformer primary terminals.<br />
2. Connect the milliamp meter to the transformer<br />
high voltage terminals.<br />

or adjust powerstat to read 120 volts on the<br />
volt-meter. Read the SHORT CIRCUIT mA on<br />
the milliamp meter and disconnect input plug.<br />
4. Connect the tube load in series with the transformer<br />
high voltage terminals.<br />
