This construction provides a two-way stretch to the material resulting in a more even compression to the effected limb. It is constructed of nylon covered rubber. The proximal aspect is 100% nylon, without rubber, for greater patient comfort. The distal aspect has a flat posterior seam which eliminates pressure across the tibia.
