Liability Disclaimer: In consideration of my child being given the opportunity to participate in 2012 Adventure Camp at The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne, Tennis Garden, managed by Cliff Drysdale
Management, I hereby agree as follows: 1) I am aware of the skills needed for and recognize the risk of injury or harm that may occur to my child as a result of my child’s participation in the 2012
Adventure Camp. 2) For my child and for myself and for the child’s heirs, successor and assigned, I hereby release and forever discharge The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne, the owners of The
Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC and Cliff Drysdale Management, losses and liabilities (including reasonable attorney fees) of any type or kind whatsoever arising
out of or caused by my child’s participation in 2012 Adventure Camp. 3) Cliff Drysdale Management retains the rights to any video and/or photography taken during the program to be used for
the company’s publicity and advertising. *My signature also serves as formal permission for the 2013 Adventure Camp staff to take my
child/children on an off-site field trip during the camp session (unless NO FIELD TRIP box below is checked).

Field trips to fun local attractions such as Miami Seaquarium,
Parrot Jungle Island the Miami Children’s Museum are included
in the camp price!
Deposit
A full deposit must be paid in order to reserve your child’s space.
Refunds/Exchanges
No Refunds, full or partial will be issued after registration is
accepted. Once you have been accepted into a session you may
not switch or exchange your session dates. NO Exceptions!!
