Management, I hereby agree as follows: 1) I am aware of the skills needed for and recognize the risk of injury or harm that may occur to my child as a result of my child’s participation in the 2012<br />
<strong>Adventure</strong> <strong>Camp</strong>. 2) For my child and for myself and for the child’s heirs, successor and assigned, I hereby release and forever discharge The Ritz-Carlton, <strong>Key</strong> <strong>Biscayne</strong>, the owners of The<br />
Ritz-Carlton, <strong>Key</strong> <strong>Biscayne</strong>, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC and <strong>Cliff</strong> <strong>Drysdale</strong> Management, losses and liabilities (including reasonable attorney fees) of any type or kind whatsoever arising<br />
out of or caused by my child’s participation in 2012 <strong>Adventure</strong> <strong>Camp</strong>. 3) <strong>Cliff</strong> <strong>Drysdale</strong> Management retains the rights to any video and/or photography taken during the program to be used for<br />
the company’s publicity and advertising. *My signature also serves as formal permission for the 2013 <strong>Adventure</strong> <strong>Camp</strong> staff to take my<br />
child/children on an off-site field trip during the camp session (unless NO FIELD TRIP box below is checked).<br />

Refunds/Exchanges<br />
No Refunds, full or partial will be issued after registration is<br />
accepted. Once you have been accepted into a session you may<br />
not switch or exchange your session dates. NO Exceptions!!<br />
