water pass through a water blender set at 107˚ F.<br />

The blended water enters the tank reservoir at the<br />

rate of 2 gallons per minute.<br />

Water begins filling the tank reservoir and rises to<br />

the level of the removable overflow pipe.<br />

Water spills through the overflow pipe into the<br />

drain at 2 gallons per minute.<br />

When the tank reservoir holds sufficient water, the<br />

Collector pump begins circulating water through<br />

the gusher tube.<br />

As dishes are passed through the water plume,<br />

they are scrapped and pre-rinsed at the same time.<br />

Food waste drops through the scrap basin into<br />

the scrap basket.<br />

Soluble food waste washes through the holes in the<br />

scrap basket in to the tank reservoir. Insoluble and<br />

fibrous waste is retained in the scrap basket.<br />

Excess waste water flows into the drain.<br />
