Reporting crime
If you see or want to report a crime,
the relevant numbers are included on
the back of this booklet. However,
if you don’t need an urgent response,
some crimes can be reported via the
net. Visit https://online.met.police.uk
for details.
However, some crime is less obvious
and happens beind closed doors. This
often takes the form of vulnerable adults
or children suffering abuse or neglect.
Because these people may not be
able to leave their house, this can be
exceptionally diffi cult to identify. As the
crime is often very serious, any help you
can provide is critical. Even something
as simple as keeping an eye on your
neighbours can make a big difference.
