The 30th Deep Offshore Technology (DOT) Interna;onal, the leading
global conference & exhibi;on for deepwater and ultra-‐deepwater
increasing demand for new technology and services to safely and
efficiently grow the global reserves base from the world’s most
prolific and prospec;ve resource play -‐ deepwater. Addi;onally, new
to DOT in 2011 was the Offshore Risk Management Forum, which
focused on poli;cal and regulatory considera;ons, drilling safety,
contract risk and insurance issues, and effec;ve crisis management.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
• 25 Opera>ng Companies in aMendance
including Shell, Chevron, BP, ExxonMobil,
TOTAL, Anadarko, Hess, Woodside,
Petrobras, and more
• 44% increase in conference delegates
over DOT 2010 in Houston
• Nearly 1,000 aIendees from 30 countries
• 89% of exhibitors said DOT 2011 met or
exceeded their expecta;ons
• 74% of exhibitors said that the quan;ty of
aMendee traffic met or exceeded their
expecta;ons
• 71% of exhibitors rated the cost/value
ra;o for par;cipa;ng in DOT 2011 as a
good or excellent value

TESTIMONIALS
“DOT is a very good show for us because it is focused on
deepwater technology and the primary par;cipants are
engineers from all over the world; It is a very good
opportunity for us to listen to not only their papers, but for
them to come visit us at our booth.” -‐ Pat McQuinn, Oil States
“DOT provides us with an opportunity to talk to some people
that we normally would not be in front of. We also had the
chance to par;cipate as speakers; Overall I see us par;cipa;ng
in this conference for many years as our company progresses.”
