Come Support the New SMCSR Hospital Project on Thursday, May 27
at 12:00 PM. The New Hospital project will be considered this month by the
Sonoma County Planning Commission. Approval by the Planning
Commission is a critical step in getting the New Hospital approved and
under construction. Patient care at SMCSR comes first so attend the
meeting only if you are not scheduled to work the afternoon of
Thursday, May 27. Please share this meeting information with colleagues,
family or friends and encourage them to attend and support the new
SMCSR hospital. The meeting will be held at Sonoma County Planning
Commission, Permit and Resources Management Department Hearing
Room, 2550 Ventura Avenue, Santa Rosa at Noon (lunch will be provided).

Online Annual Report
Check out the 2010 Sutter Health annual report, which showcases our

Finance Transition
Payroll and Accounts Payable (AP) services will be relocated to offices in
San Francisco as part of Sutter Health's West Bay regionalization. This will
affect paper issued paychecks (which will now be mailed), employee
expense reimbursements, access to payroll/AP and eSelf Service online.
We anticipate a full transition by the end of May. For specifics on these
changes, please read Steve Morales' Transition Memo.

Come join the SMCSR crew and ride the 17th Annual Holstein 100 Charity
Bike Ride on Saturday, August 21. Distances include 100, 67, 35, or 15-
mile routes winding along the beautiful Marin and Sonoma coast, Tomales
