Abstract Submission Guidelines
• SEAGIG Free Presentations take place on September 25 - 26, 2008 and AACGC Free Presentations on September 27,
2008 only.
• When you submit your abstracts through on-line, your abstracts will be automatically edited according to the
designated format.
• It is authors’ responsibility to review the submissions and correct them. Submitters are responsible for every typing
error in the abstract.
• The abstract should be typed in English with less than 250 words.
• Tables and images are NOT allowed.
• Presenting author’s name will be underlined on the abstract.
• Abstracts will be published in the Asian Journal of Ophthalmology, the official journal of SEAGIG, only if the presenting
author is registered for the Congress by July 30, 2008.

Cancellation & Refund
• Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by e-mail (reg@seagig-aacgc.org) or fax (+82-2-521-8683). All
refunds will be made after the Congress for administrative reasons, and all bank services charges and all
administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
• The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows:
Before July 1, 2008 Cancellation charge of $50
Before September 1, 2008 Cancellation charge of $100
From September 1, 2008
No Refund
