Abstract Submission Guidelines<br />
• SEAGIG Free Presentations take place on September 25 - 26, 2008 and AACGC Free Presentations on September 27,<br />
2008 only.<br />
• When you submit your abstracts through on-line, your abstracts will be automatically edited according to the<br />
designated format.<br />
• It is authors’ responsibility to review the submissions and correct them. Submitters are responsible for every typing<br />
error in the abstract.<br />
• The abstract should be typed in English with less than 250 words.<br />
• Tables and images are NOT allowed.<br />
• Presenting author’s name will be underlined on the abstract.<br />
• Abstracts will be published in the Asian Journal of Ophthalmology, the official journal of SEAGIG, only if the presenting<br />
author is registered for the Congress by July 30, 2008.<br />

Cancellation & Refund<br />
• Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by e-mail (reg@seagig-aacgc.org) or fax (+82-2-521-8683). All<br />
refunds will be made after the Congress for administrative reasons, and all bank services charges and all<br />
administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.<br />
• The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows:<br />
Before July 1, 2008 Cancellation charge of $50<br />
Before September 1, 2008 Cancellation charge of $100<br />
